Device Rental Terms and Conditions
1. Rental and Usage Rights
The customer is only allowed to use the rented devices for the purpose for which they are intended. The device rental applies only to the usage period defined in the agreement, and the customer is responsible for the device's use throughout the rental period.
2. Device Return
The customer agrees to return the rented device within the agreed time frame and in its original condition. Late returns may incur additional charges, as specified in the agreement.
3. Responsibility for Device Condition
The customer is responsible for the maintenance of the rented device during the rental period. If the device is damaged or broken due to the customer’s use, the customer is required to pay for repairs or the full value of the device.
4. Damage and Loss
If the device is damaged, lost, or destroyed due to the customer’s negligence, improper use, or an accident, the customer is responsible for all compensation costs. Upon returning the device, the customer should check that the device has no visible damage. Any damages should be reported immediately to the rental provider.
5. Device Cleaning and Maintenance
The customer agrees to keep the device clean and use it only in an appropriate manner. If the device requires cleaning or maintenance, the customer should notify the rental provider.
6. Insurance and Risks
The customer has the option to purchase additional insurance for the rented device. Without insurance, the customer is responsible for any damages to the device. The customer understands that the rental provider is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other damages that may occur while using the device.
7. Contract Termination and Consequences
If the customer fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the rental provider has the right to terminate the rental agreement and demand the immediate return of the devices. Failure to return the device or causing damage to the device may result in the collection of the rental fee and any potential compensation.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The rental provider will handle the customer’s personal data and rental history in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Any other terms and potential additional charges must be agreed upon in advance with the rental provider. These terms may be changed and updated, and the customer will be notified of any changes in advance.

We have 3 VR headsets, 2 PlayStation 5 consoles, and 2 Nintendo Switch consoles. We can arrange package pricing upon request.
The standard rental period is 3 days. If you need the devices for a longer period, please contact us.
We assist with device setup and provide clear instructions at the time of rental.
We deliver the devices to the Helsinki metropolitan area. If you need delivery further away, please ask us separately.
Late returns incur an additional fee.

Yes, if you have your own user profile, you can log in. Please remember to log out before returning the device, as we will check that no old information remains on the devices.

You can cancel your rental up to 1 business day before the rental period starts. We can discuss special cases separately.
If a critical issue arises with the device during the rental period, we will replace it with a functional one.
